Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 2–4 business weeks. Please note that weekends and public holidays are not considered business days, so they are excluded from the processing timeline.
Shipping Notification
Once your order is ready to ship, a confirmation email with your tracking number will be sent to the email address you provided at checkout. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking link to update.
Delivery Address
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments caused by incorrect address entries.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Once an order is placed, it enters our processing queue and cannot be changed or canceled. Please double-check all details before confirming your order.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered by the courier. For any delivery issues, please contact the shipping provider directly using your tracking number.
